Who We Are

What was intended to be a single philanthropic gesture in 2001 to help a friend out of poorly managed council housing, led to a wider appreciation of the lack of quality housing stock to rent in Renfrewshire and the poor service afforded properties and Tenants.  20 years of buying properties, renovating and letting them has led to a successful portfolio of Residential and Commercial properties with good yields and delighted Tenants.  Our wealth of experience managing and growing our own portfolio attracted requests from other investors and portfolio Landlords who wanted us to replicate our portfolio and service for them.

Investors liked that we were different, a complete beginning to end service, unlike anything on the high street.  From advising and sourcing properties that met their budget and appealed to them, renovating where necessary, marketing, sourcing and vetting tenants, to compliance with all the statutory obligations, as well as the ongoing property and tenant management.

We aim to provide a service that is client focused, simple to use, cost effective and guarantees quality service.  We provide a highly professional and qualitative Letting Package for a one off finders fee or a Fully managed service.

By the nature of our beginnings we never placed profit ahead of quality of service, and as you would expect, given our professional background, our emphasis was on good vetting of Tenant applicants, beyond the traditional credit score.  We have never relied on a marketing budget to attract Landlords or investors and instead chose to allow them to find us based on other peer referrals.  Reputation is everything.

When seeking Tenants, we advertise your property on Zoopla.com, Rightmove.co.uk, S1Homes.com and plus many other sites offering local and nationwide coverage. Client dedicated Accounts are managed through Payprop banking and software that landlords can access direct.

Working in partnership with the biggest online property portals in the UK we will maximize national coverage in advertising your property.
