Our aim is not to deal in volume but to have a manageable group of like minded clients who we can focus on providing a quality service for. Whether for Investors, Landlords or Tenants, we aim to provide a service that is client-focused, honest, equitable, cost-effective with guaranteed professionalism. By the nature of our beginnings, we never placed profit ahead of the quality of service, and as you would expect, given our professional background, we place a higher emphasis on due diligence in property acquisition, trusted professionals in renovation and good vetting, based on a scrutiny of any applicant Tenant, beyond the traditional credit score. We don’t deal with anyone who doesn’t share our values and we wont take a ‘kickback’ from any tradesperson or be anything other than transparent in our pricing. The business model evolved over the years for ourselves now works for others.
